I came here for the soft opening and I have to say I am impressed. So happy that they opened this restaurant in our neighborhood.
5 stars for the Shaq Snack Smoke Show. Very good.

Big Chicken offers fresh and fast food, with a super friendly and helpful staff. The menu features awesome mac and cheese, delicious pickles, and a classic sandwich that is pretty good. The restaurant also serves good fried chicken sandwiches with various spice levels, including a legitimately spicy option. Customers can enjoy a Cobb salad, all in a jazzy clean atmosphere with ample seating and fast service. While food may take a little longer than other locations, it arrives just right. Visitors praise the food for being consistently awesome, especially highlighting the super cheesy and creamy Mac n Cheese, which has a new recipe. The chicken tenders are a favorite among customers, not dry or small, and are often enjoyed with fries, making for a satisfying meal. The restaurant is a great spot for quick takeout or fast sit-in, with plenty of free parking accessible from multiple spots. It is kid-friendly, offering enough space and menu options suitable for children. The open tables with no incline make it wheelchair accessible, providing easy access for everyone. Overall, Big Chicken remains a popular choice for tasty, quick meals in a lively, clean setting, and is recognized as a hidden gem in Shoreline.
