“I just simply have to share what an extremely pleasant barista EM is!! So kind, helpful, friendly and went beyond the extra mile to make our experience top notch! Our java chip frappe, matcha latte and pumpkin cream cheese muffin tasted EXTRA yummy, all due to EM's "above and beyond" efforts!!“

“I loved it! It was my first time in this store, and I felt so welcomed and comfortable it was clean for everywhere you were (or I was). Loved the customer service. I didn't catch the ladies' names, but both were so nice! Thank you

“Very kind new hire helped me out today. She told me it was her first time ever making the cinnamon dolce latte and she absolutely aced the execution. It came out absolutely delicious!

Overall for the store itself it felt like an average Starbucks, normal presentation and overpriced food. The service and coffee however was fantastic!“

“Rachel (the Barista with the tattoos) always delivers me outstanding service even remembers my name & order she’s extremely nice and trains her staff well I do recall a slightly rude worker from a while back but haven’t seen them there recently“

“The Baristas are happy to be working and the coffee is reliable. They seem to rotate the staff alot at the grocery locations but I have never met anyone unpleasant. The grocery locations have very limited snacks and the display desserts just look dry & Tired so I'm sure they sell very little but unless you order plain drip coffee most people are spending $4-5 for specialty drinks so it still has to be banging business, I wish I owned a Starbucks!“
