Costco Food Court

Same sentiment as the review before this, food is good, cost is great, but you’ll never a pizza you place ahead of time.

Most Costco food courts in this area are set up the same, so it is the standard inside seating. This location has opted to remove some seats so there is more room for people to wait for their order. The Silverdale location does a better job with their pizza (taste and ensuring the pizza is actually cut through all the way). The issue with the Silverdale location is that they are slower than others and ordering ahead doesn't help you out as they expedite tickets by number, regardless if you called your order in.

The only thing I've had from this food court is the pizza and Mocha Freeze (which is par for the course).

I love getting their delicious pizza, hot dogs, chicken bake, and a smoothie. Friendly prices too and I would love to get those again.

I just left the food court feeling frustrated after waiting 10 minutes without receiving any service for a cash transaction, which exceeded my patience and expectations for customer service. It seems their automated kiosk has effectively replaced human-to-human transactions.

Nothing healthy. So sad when I walk by seeing my fellow neighbors eating such unhealthy food.

Usually don’t have problems at this location until last night. Phoned in an order and was told to pick it up in 20-30 minutes. From the beginning Was chased down and yelled at for going straight to the food court, ok understood apologized. Then when I went up to the window after I paid and again phoned in order. I got yelled at that they don’t call out names for phone orders anymore and my receipt was snatched out of my hand. She said my number would be called as I’m trying to ask if that means I’ll have to wait another 30 minutes in store I get cut off by the rude lady and she starts yelling names and numbers of pizzas that are ready! So much for not calling out names anymore. She grabbed a pizza from the top and threw it on the counter said here you go. Went to the other side to get chicken bake and she yells guess you don’t want your chicken bake as she’s waving it. The attitude was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Not sure if she was having a bad day or busy. Not sure if she’s racist whatever it is customer service sucks here. They lack a lot.

For an ALWAYS busy Costco there is NOT enough space for the food court.
