The Best McDonald's in Kitsap County. Other stores could take lessons in providing service from what Violet and Nicole demonstrate every day. Phenomenal Customer Service and a well trained staff. New member Stacy is a real keeper; always friendly and personable. People smile here and seem happy to be working for the McDonald's Brand, which is a lot different from other McD's in this area. The ser ice was horrible the time we waited was horrible because they skipped out order and was serviing people that came in after us. McDonald's restaurant, located on a military base, has received mixed reviews. The price for 20 nuggets is displayed as $9.49 on the drive-up menu, but customers have been charged $11.99. There has been inconsistent service, with customers feeling overlooked and not given enough attention. The breakfast hot cakes have been reported as not meeting expectations, being served cold. The drive-through service has also caused frustration, with incorrect orders and missing items, including Mac sauce, despite being charged for it. Despite the cleanliness of the location, both inside and out, and music playing in the lobby, the service and food quality need improvement.
