From our initial contact with the Salish staff to our departure from the lodge, we were impressed with the service we received. Their attention to detail, accommodations, and professionalism were unmatched.
Reserved a table at Salish Lodge for our 27th wedding anniversary. After we were seated at a small table in a small upstairs lounge area, we were told that the dining room was under construction until next year. Very, very disappointing experience. Not cool. We will not be visiting Salish Lodge again.
Everything about the Salish Lodge and Spa is beautiful but one of the things that really set it apart was how welcoming, kind, and truly lovely all the staff were. From the valet staff to front desk to dining and housekeeping, we were treated with kindness and respect through every part of our stay. We brought our two dogs and even they were treated with a lot of love! Honestly, such a positive experience here.
