“I went to Wanna Cupcake for my boss and it smelled so good I had to go back. When I did it was heavenly! My bagel was nothing short of AMAZING. The decor is so cute and fun and the staff were all smiles and greeted me the moment I walked in! I will definitely be back to sample other items on their menu! Thank you!“

“Super friendly staff & management made a ‘not so great’ situation right!
I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered online. The employee couldn’t find my order and gave me a cake off the shelf. I figured there was some sort of mess up. I was in a hurry so I didn’t go back. A few minutes later, I get a call and text from the manager stating that there was a mix up and they found my cake. He even offered to deliver the cake to my house! (which is ~30min away). I really appreciated this gesture because you don’t often see customer service like this anymore!!“
