Would 100% recommend anybody and everybody to check your receipt to see if a 25% plus tip was added to your check without your knowledge. Because this happened to us. We called the restaurant and asked the speak to a manager which they refused to provide to us. The person that did said she was stressed and not sure why she did it (her exact words 😂).

The Sprague location is horrible. Messed up my order, and over charged us. Someone did reach out to "make it right" but they still haven't actually done anything about it.
Only eat there. never order delivery through a service. they will mess up everything you order for delivery, every single time. want to add sour cream? they'll put it in the wrong burrito. want to remove a sauce? they'll put on extra. this happens across every location in Spokane, every single time I've gotten delivery. again, only eat in store, and not the Sprague store, it's disgusting in there. last time I was in there they had dead flies on the tables and a leaking ceiling.
