I visited Spokane for the weekend and decided to try something different. Instead of opting for the nearby Chipotle, I chose Cafe Rio Fresh Mexican. I used the drive-thru, so I can't really comment on the atmosphere or the indoor environment, but judging by the number of people going in, it must be okay. If I'm in the mood for a burrito or quick Mexican fix this is a great choice. Everything is made fresh and there are lots of options to build it just the way I like it.My order never seems to come out right at the drive thru so I always just go in, plus I like to pick from what looks fresh.It's pretty fast paced behind the counter and food gets thrown around so if you have food allergies or can't risk cross contamination then might not be the best choice.
