I might be wrong, but people who pay$20 for a burger so not expect to be poisoned by the ketchup. the very least you can do is order the natural version of ketchup. does it cost more? Sure. it's that appropriate considering the high receipt cost? I think it is.

Do not eat here! They sent me home with there pretzel covered in granulated salt to the point my dogs wouldn’t eat asked for a manger then was refused a manger then was refused to let me talk to a manger then. Tonight when I’m asked for a well done burger it’s pink. Called no manager on duty and refused to call a manger. And then hung up on me twice. Eating in is good just never take anything to go! Won’t go back due to their employees response to a complaint! Will
