I might be wrong, but people who pay$20 for a burger so not expect to be poisoned by the ketchup. the very least you can do is order the natural version of ketchup. does it cost more? Sure. it's that appropriate considering the high receipt cost? I think it is.
This is probably the first place I've been to that doesn't charge extra for gluten free buns on their rather incredible burgers. The food and side options were fantastic. Waitresses have been friendly every time I've gone here. Oh, and there are TVs everywhere so you can watch the game/fight/whatever pretty much anywhere you sit!
The people they were nice, I ordered two burgers. The cheese burger was SOOO salty, I couldn’t even finish it. And that is saying a lot because I really like salt. Perhaps it was just a one off. Cost me $40 bucks :(
