The last 3 times we visited this location have been very disappointing. Slow service, attitudes from staff, and the food quality is deteriorating. Our most recent visit was Saturday, Oct 21. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table for our party of 5 and were seated in the back of the restaurant, even though there was a clean table right up front. Great place to get great food!!!
Here's my dilemma with Shari's, great food always when you go in person. Good service usually but our last visit we ended up just walking out. My son an I went in Jan. 15th around 3 pm but after standing around for more then 5 minutes not even being acknowledged despite servers looking at us several times an 1 just walking around aimlessly.
