“I am leaving this review as a note to upper management.
Five stars because I love this location. The staff are friendly and consistent; I go out of my way to stop at the Sullivan store.
I stopped this morning to get water, picking this location over another coffee stand thinking they would be able to give me a free water cup. I was kindly told that they can’t give water cups without a mobile order purchase. I went back out to my car to grab my phone, then back in to order a coffee I didn’t want while holding back tears. This team knows my order when I walk in- but their hands are tied by “policies and procedures”.
Not every customer will have a reusable water bottle or have a mobile phone. Water is a basic human need, and a company that totes accessibility should DO BETTER.
Again, I love this team and their service.
Please consider prioritizing accessibility for your customers, and empowering your team by creating policies where both the company and the customer win.“
“My favorite coffee stop. The baristas never fail to make my day better, they are friendly and extremely personable— all just the cherry on top of the amazing coffee and yummy food. This isn’t the closest starbucks to me but it’s worth the drive.“
“Good people work here. They made sure homeless man was not forgotten about at Christmas. May God bless them.
Wheelchair accessibility: City of Spokane Valley or Starbucks did not complete the sidewalk or walkway. No problem if you come by car to the parking lot or come from the neighborhood to the south but extremely difficult for wheelchairs and support walkers if you come by city bus or the neighborhood to the north.“
