Attempted to bring attention to my previous order regarding the 7.50$ 20 ounce Christmas cookie latte. I showed the gal that my order contained an added ‘salted egg yolk’ on my order hiator to my coffee (obviously was not). She essentially argued with me stating that it is just a flavor that is put in the latte and that the price was correct. I tried to nicely explain That did not make sense in hopes to either get a credit back towards my coffee purchase or just some peace...

The barista was so friendly. My husband and I were driving through and asked for a recommendation to stretch our legs and take a little walk. She was so pleasant and gave us an idea to go to the park nearby. We enjoyed sipping our coffee while taking a little stroll through the park.

I frequent this location often and the staff is phenomenal!! Brooke is always the sweetest, gives the best drink recommendations, and always knows how to put a smile on my face. Her customer service is exceptional and she knows how to make her customers feel thought of! I wish her the best luck in her journey to Tri-Cities. Special mention for the breakfast burritos, they pair great with a mad hatter to make a perfect morning. Thank you Pines for taking care of your customers!!!
