AMAZING. The best ginger cookie I have ever had. Rolled in sugar. Alongside a peach and pistachio scones, dunked in icing. It's the first time I've seen a deli case (with pasta) that was totally gluten free. Parking was pretty easy to find. Great for a date or self care time.
Amazing food, you won't even realize it's gluten free and vegan if you don't typically eat this way and the staff is quite possibly the best in Spokane. This is my go to breakfast spot and my family eat here nearly every Sunday. They are also amazingly kid friendly, the level of safety and welcome reminds me of how places used to be in the 80s and 90s growing up, where people cared about each other and looked out for you.
Boots Bakery & Lounge is one of the best vegetarian spots I tried in Spokane. Everything is 100% vegetarian and gluten free, but honestly even people who normally eat meat would still enjoy the food here. The quality of ingredients tasted really fresh and thoughtful, and they have a surprisingly wide variety of nutritious options.
