If I could give this place 11 stars I would. Visiting from out of state, I typically diversify my eating out options, but somehow found myself at Boots three out of the four days I was in Spokane. I’m not vegan or gluten free, and these are still some of the best desserts and lunch food I’ve had. Every. Single. Bakery. Item. We got Alison's breakfast (a mishmash of potatoes, tofu, nooch, spinach, spices...), a frittata, croquette, and the lemon poppyseed coffeecake, and everything was delicious! I was shocked by how full I was by everything given that, on paper, it felt like we didn't actually order that much food.
