Allison was so friendly, informative, helpful, and kind, and the rest of the staff seemed to really love working there too. That means so much to us.
I couldn’t believe the biscuits were gluten free— they were perfect. The chipotle corn pasta was incredible.
And the tall ceilings, skylight, and open plan makes it really warm and inviting (with good coffee under the same roof too). This place is our new go-to when we’re in Spokane.

I’m finishing up a deployment with Best Friends Animal Society to Spokane in order to help animals/pets who were impacted by the wildfires. Not only was the food at Boots AMAZING but the service and ambience were too! I ordered the pumpkin waffles with chai spice butter and organic real maple syrup along with a cinnamon role to go.
