Jack in the Box in Spokane

“This location is always consistent and has friendly service. I don't do fast food often, but if we want a quick burger, we usually come to this location. Also, they have the best chicken nuggets out of all the fast food options. Try the Avocado dip with the curly fries, good combo!“

“Friendly staff, I go there often, always different staff and they always seem to be in good moods and polite and they don’t kind running back and forth to grab you extra stuff (sauce, napkins, etc, etc) if you end up having to pull off and wait. In fact they insisted when I was like “nah it’s alright thanks” “no it’s cool one sec” and dude ran all the way in and back lol not too shabby for a FF place“

“Shane’s customer service makes anyone want to come re experience just an overall great experience, listening and validating the customer is everything in our family and I’m just grateful Shane has been there on our experiences, i hope every JITB in the Spokane area is just the same!!!“

“Food was great and awesome people in the drive through, one gal was new but I told her I wasent in a hurry to take her time. She was very apologetic I tried to reassure her everything was all good. Hope u got the hang of things girl!! You can do anything you put your mind to!“

“Came through drive thru 3/27 right around 12:30 ish A young man that took my order was super friendly great customer service I had not seen him before perhaps new I ordered the $5 all day meal which by the way is an Awesome deal .. Great friendly Drive thru which I would only personally use due to the area of town. I will definitely go back“

“Great service! Love that the staff aren't a bunch of kids, but older people close to my age.
It's nice to order from a Person, rather than using kiosks like that pretentious place next door. My only complaint is that the curly fries were mostly small pieces (still good tho).
Will definitely eat here often.“

“My mother and I went into this Jack in the Box because we were hungry. The cashier lady was incredibly nice and polite, and even upgraded my mom’s drink to a soda after she decided she didn’t want a coffee. But the food itself was terrible. The tacos were probably the best part of the meal. My mom’s scramble was dry and bland. My cheeseburger tasted old, and the curly fries and hash brown were okay, nothing to really write home about. One thing we didn’t like is that despite being the only people in the restaurant, we still felt rushed because of their 45 minute policy. Which, I get it, the area’s not the best in town because of all the homeless people there, but my mom and I are slow eaters, so we really don’t like to be rushed on eating food.“

“The Mexican dude working night shift is a great worker. He’s always super respectful and he’s always keeping himself busy almost every time I come through he is sweeping or mopping or doing something productive.

Also, in addition, I do DoorDash and Promise is always very attentive. She’s always there. I have rarely had to mark the store as closed. Also, I promise I’m not just saying this because I made this original review a few months ago about Louis so as you can see, I’m able to pay attention to and appreciate hard work especially when it makes my job easier. She also makes an effort to be personable and have a conversation if she is ever in trouble for giving me the time of day. I’d like to take accountability for that as I generally like to make conversation as well that being said she is super helpful and supportive and a great person and I hope everybody’s being nice to her.“

“The two guys working the drive through were awesome tonight, I mean they both asked me the same questions but they got it all correct and they were pretty busy too after I had ordered there was quite a long line behind me people were pretty rude yelling and being impatient. But the employees were chill and didn't mess anything up in our order and the food was hot so we were all happy. Thank you!“
