“Decent food for the price. Staff was courteous and speedy. Sketchy neighborhood so it's not a place you want to stick around for long despite the building being recently updated. Commercial district, located on one of the busiest streets in town. But there's a lot of crime and drug use in that area, making it uncomfortable to hang out in.“

“So I want to give a huge shout out to the morning staff! They are amazing, they know me by my name and are super friendly and have the most amazing manager but the night staff not so much. They do not pay attention to detail with your order at all and just do whatever they can to push you through the line without a second thought. She handed me my iccee and it was half way watered down. I mean literally HALF way watered down. That’s $3 gone down the drain because I can’t drink that and she knew that when she handed that to me. The morning staff there would never do that. The night crew really needs a sit down by management on how to run the show at that restaurant.“

“This location has been managed and staffed well. The line always moves fairly quickly and the cashiers are friendly. The burgers are always cooked perfectly. I love coming to this location even though it's a bit further from my home then another because I know I can rely on them to get my order right and not overcook or short any food.“

“My son and I made a trip to Davenport to pick up a purchase my son was buying on 09/13/25. Since it was so late, we couldn't find any lobby open to grab food at so we decided to try this McDonalds hoping the drive thru was big enough for my son's truck and the trailer. When we got there it wasn't and we just wanted food so we could get back on the road to home. So, I called the store and explained our situation and the guy I talked to told me to place our order online and then once we got there to call them back and they would run it out to us. I couldn't believe how AWESOME he was to us and him being willing to bring it out to us since the lobby was closed!! We were beyond grateful 🙏 The food was awesome, the bag was packed all tidy.....drinks and all!! 😊 This was the best experience we have ever had at ANY McDonald's and we will definitely be back to this location!!“

“Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!“

“There was some liberal pixie cut blond there who wouldnt even make eye contact with more or offer me any sauces or even say thank you. I felt like she hated her life and hated me for paying her bills. With my business. The food was as I expected though. And my plastic cup was clean.“

“They can't get orders right. even ordering through the app. asked for no breakfast sauce as that stuff is gross. sticker on item said no breakfast sauce. open it up and it is drenched in sauce. nasty. I also ordered two of the sausage, and one of them ended up being the steak one. That steak is terrible... like worse than a Salisbury TV dinner. I give up.“

“I had an amazing experience at McDonald's during breakfast! The service was exceptional—everyone was friendly and efficient - above and beyond what you could anticipate from a fast food restaurant. My Egg McMuffin was fresh and delicious, and the hash browns were perfectly crispy. I appreciated how quickly my order was prepared, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any hassle. The restaurant was clean, making for a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning for my breakfast fix! Highly recommend!

“Was here about a month or 2 ago when some rounds customers came to the walk up and started causing a scene and holding the line for longer then 15 minutes only to yell at the employees and talk about how she was going to get them fired for being rude and disrespectful, I cane back later and talked to the employees chili and Chris and they apologized and thanked me for waiting and coming back and telling me about how this group has been giving them trouble before. My personal experience was good tho and they always get my order right everytime eith no error“

“This location seems to always be dirty!! Food and napkins on the tables, coffee stains and soap all over the floor and on the sofa station. They need to focus on keeping the dining room cleaner, who ever the manager is does not do a very good job of delegating chores . The dining room is not crowded to the point where it's so busy they can't have someone clean the tables.“

“Went to McDonald's instead of the killer burger or panda Express, or even subway. The strip mall owner fabricates lies against customers and calls the police on u for loitering because he doesn't know the difference between a paying customer and a piece of trash . Everyday I go out around those businesses and pick up all the trash that's thrown around by different people, I have yet to get a thank u the strip mall owner lives in a pile of filth and doesn't have any pride that I can see, so I take pride in my neighborhood and clean it up for him . I wonder how much these businesses pay each month to have their customers harassed and ran off . One day he will cost these businesses money being the judgemental liar he is . Don't bother spending ur money anywhere near those business around Walmart. So many other places to go where u can order eat outside and enjoy the sunshine and not be treated like trash.“

“I came in today and must say everyone was really friendly. It didn't seem fake either, they were genuinely nice and there was a great vibe in the air. My food was ready extremely fast which was pretty cool. I was in an okay mood today but going here definitely cheered me up. My only complaint is the fries tasted kinda old, but besides that everything was great!“

“Brooke is the best. She was friendly to everyone who walked in and took my order quickly too. She seems like she brings the joy and was working so hard, & communicating well with the whole team, sweet gal.

Food was classic McDonald's food haha nothing to report here.“

“Service was great food was great I gave atmosphere a one star due to a gentleman by the name of Keith Was definitely not a team player was bragging about how great he is and how all the other employees suck he does everything and all stations better then all other employees Other employees were telling each other good job for being number one store for times and accuracy on getting orders out Keith entered the conversation saying your welcome that was all me you could see the Happiness and excitement leave all of the other coworkers and the atmosphere of excitement and happiness changed quickly was not satisfied with how this individual treated his fellow coworkers“

“Gotta love the $5 McDouble meal deal. For my fellow cheapskates, I mean bargain hunters, that have not had the opportunity that would be a McDouble (or McChicken), four piece McNuggets, fries and drink for a mere $5. That'll save you some spondalicks!

“This is a decent McDeez close to the Spokane international airport. We were all HANGRY (angry from hunger pains) having flown in from Los Angeles, waiting for our luggage, then issues with rental car not being ready, so on and ao forth and the whatnot... the Big Mac hit the spot!!!!!“

“Not bad. After being under appreciated by slaking teenagers not caring one way or another if customers like what they ordered or Care how long it takes to receive their order. Truth is that more than 5 out of 10 times when I visited my nearest Burger King restaurant my order was stale and dry presumably from being left under the heat lamps for A lengthy amount of time. let me just say that BK has been my favorite burger joint since they opened and I'm saddened by the loss of my beloved Whopper. My choice now is McDonald's. Why, I'll tell you why people act like they're really trying to add good service and good hot fresh food to their waiting customers. Now don't get me wrong the burgers at McDonalds are easily found inferior to the Whopper in its hey day. But hot and fresh beat stale and dry any day.“
