“Your associates are always smiling and so polite, I’ve noticed a new employee (I could be wrong) I think their name was Jaco, but she was very polite, very smooth with our transaction and had a smile on the whole time! Props to them!“

“My biggest complaint is about the soda. With any ice it automatically tastes watered down and disgusting. They did right by replacing the soda, thank goodness. The fried rice and mushroom chicken tasted amazing, leaving me craving more. My friend commented on her dish that the broccoli was too large, even asking if it would be okay for her to use her pocket knife to chop it up.“

“I just wanted to write a review for the absolutely fantastic crew I encountered tonight. I made an order through the Panda app and a slight mishap happened between orders which required me to wait a tad longer but the absolutely kindness, A++++ customer service and constantly asking if I'd like to take something on the house for the wait which wasn't nessecesary at all but it was much appreciated. They worked like a well oiled machine, that was one hell of a crew. This was Wednesday night October 16th, 2024. Thank you for the great food as always but the kindness and fantastic customer service. Hope you guys had a good night ❤️“

“We eat there allot, mostly drive thru, our last time was Wednesday this past, around12:30pm, food was great as always, but either she couldn't hear me or just didn't care, you charge for the bag, but no fork, no sauce, no chopsticks, now mind you I ask for them. Make my way to my Lunch Date, food, smile , no fork.
Step it up folks, listen and please get it together.

“Panda Express at Northtown Mall was probably the busiest spot in the whole food court when I stopped by. The line just kept going and there were stacks of takeout orders moving through nonstop.

As the author of The Grant Colson Thriller Series, I spend a lot of time traveling and grabbing quick meals between drives, flights, bookstores, and whatever else I’m chasing that week, so I notice pretty quickly when a fast food place is actually running efficiently.

They had the full Panda Express lineup going including the newer spicy dynamite chicken along with all the usual favorites. Everything came out hot and consistent, which honestly is all you really want from a busy food court stop.

The nice part about the setup is the shared seating area since the food court has plenty of tables spread around even when things get crowded.

The staff was super friendly and kept the line moving surprisingly fast considering how many people were coming through.

Funny enough, while working later on the Maui Desire Romance Series novels, I realized food courts and airport meals sneak into travel scenes way more than I ever expected.

Solid Panda Express location. Busy, fast-moving, and easy when you need a quick meal.“

“I like the kung pao chicken they have here I usually always get it. the general tso chicken is good. and I like the orange chicken. I don't know if they have any cashew chicken and I don't know if they have any pad thigh. their service also always fast and quick and the people that work here are very friendly and courteous and helpful. it's very clean the bathrooms are nice they always clean them I always have a good time when I come here. this is a great corporate chain. and I heard they pay the managers well like over $100,000 a year but they don't stay very long I guess it's a lot of stress because a lot of people come here..“
