MATT & JASMIN NEED TO BOTH BE FIRED. THEY THINK HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS IS OKAY, NOT TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS IS OKAY , AND LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IS OKAY. I HAVE WORKED AND RAN SEVERAL FULL SERVICE RESTURANTS AND THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD OR BEEN A PART OF. NOT SURE IF THEY ARE STONED, UNEDUCATED, OR BOTH BUT THEY COULDNT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE CORRECTLY. WOW
