Skippers has been around for a long time, yet this was my first time eating there. I ordered a soda and a fish fillet, usually or at least I thought that a fish fillet came on a bun but it came as 2 pieces like strips about the width of a typical carrot. It was cod. Spokane Wa June 2023The only time I can have skippers is when I visit Washington and it’s been years. My family and I found the skippers in Spokane and had an excellent dinner. The chowder was hot and wonderful. The coleslaw was crispy fresh fish was fried to perfection and fries were excellent. I was sorry to see Skippers leave California.Wheelchair accessibility: My wheelchair was maneuvered easily.

I'm glad to see the new owner and his sister are continuing the very fine food menu and are promoting a new atmosphere. Now instead of the plastic fish baskets you can eat on real plates, and it appears to me the portions are larger. The restaurant is very clean and they are super friendly and fast! The prices are good for the product and amount of food you get! (for 3 adults with drinks and tip under $60.00)Please stop by and support the only Skippers in our area!
