About Starbucks

Starbucks Coffee Company is a popular coffee shop known for its friendly staff and good drinks. Many customers appreciate how quickly their orders are prepared, even during busy times. The staff are often described as helpful, friendly, and excited to serve, with some employees going out of their way to explain new menu items like protein-boost drinks. Customers enjoy their favorite drinks, such as iced vanilla latte and pink drink, and appreciate the consistent quality when their orders are correct. The location is also pet-friendly, with staff happy to give pup cups to customers' dogs, adding to a welcoming atmosphere.

However, some customers have experienced issues with drink consistency and flavor changes, especially with the SF vanilla, which they find unappealing. There are frustrations about the lack of uniformity in how drinks are made, leading to disappointment when orders are not correct or taste different each time. Despite the friendly service, some feel that the high prices—around $7 for a Frappuccino—are not justified, especially when drinks are often not made as expected. The drive-thru line can be long, but it generally moves smoothly. Overall, Starbucks is appreciated for its friendly staff and good drinks, though some customers have concerns about consistency and pricing.
