“The Subway employees were great! The sandwiches were good as always, but I wish the entire Chain would go back to the original Chicken Bacon Ranch. The Elite CBR or whatever it is they make their chicken different. I'm sure it's healthier, bit still lol. But the restaurant was clean, food was good and service was fast and friendly!“

“I stopped by this location on June 4th around 3 PM and had a really pleasant experience. 😊 The young employee who helped me was fantastic, even though I unfortunately didn’t catch his name. I had a coupon from an email, but we couldn’t get it to work for some reason. Despite that, I still decided to order two sandwiches. 🥪 The employee was extremely polite, helpful, and worked very efficiently, which I really appreciated. The food itself tasted great and was made just right. The atmosphere wasn’t anything special since it’s inside Walmart, but the service definitely made up for it. 👍 Overall, I’d happily recommend this Subway location!“

“I think I've gone to just about every Subway location in Spokane in Spokane valley as well as in the West plains and quite frankly this one so far is probably the best I would say that the second best one would be just down the road from Costco off of I think is it Hastings road?
All in all fantastic service quick friendly and they took care of us exactly how we asked we really appreciate them.“

“Kelsey at this location is amazing!!! Came in late while their open sign was apparently broken... (Yet the male manager didn't want to turn it on). It was 20min before closing and she made this black olive loving girl happy until she was told she could only give my 6 little pieces of olive cause he doesn't have enough for tomorrow. Even offering to pay more he still tried to deny it. But she loaded us up anyways and put a smile on our face!! Good job!“

“On June 14, we had a really awesome experience here. The nice lady opened early for us, And was so kind and patient while our littles decided what they wanted. It was a stressful morning, but she made it so much better with her kindness and filling our tummies with yummy sandwiches thank you so much!!“

“I always go to this subway because it is closest to me, and the sandwiches are always perfect. However, today I got a sandwich and holy COW it is probably the best subway sandwich ive ever had. A woman with orange/red hair up in a bun made my sandwich and i didnt catch her name, so i hope this gets to you somehow (i came in at 12:30PM on Saturday 06/06). You see, I get the Italian B.M.T every time because when I was a kid I lived within walking distance of the subway over in Mead, I went everyday after school and sports practice, and the B.M.T brings back memories of my childhood. The sandwich today was made exactly like how it used to taste/be made when I was a kid. Perfect portions, toasted perfectly, sauces are in every bite, it was folded and made with care, TOP tier. Go to this subway!!!!

“I was just in this location less than an hour ago Saturday June 8th 2024. I believe there were two ladies working, but I only saw one. The young lady that helped me was so wonderful! Exceptional customer service! I had a complicated order and messed things up on my end and she was so full of kindness and grace I feel humbled. I was having an already stressful day and was at my max! She must have seen the stress on my face because she quickly resolved the issue with a smile and was so friendly she turned my entire day around! True customer service! Wow I wish I could have left her a $100 tip! She deserved it! Thank you dear!

“I’m a regular here since i take the bus everyday, and i stop in to refill my water and grab something to eat. The workers here are probably THEE nicest folks, and I know damn well they don’t get paid enough to even deal with half of the bs that goes on in the Plaza. The foods good, the service is good, and i never feel unwelcome when i walk in. At this point i know the workers, and they make sure the space, and customers are treated safe and well. Anyone who says otherwise is the reason why they need to go the extra mile to make sure people are safe.“

“Just an update 2/26/26: Been to this location twice this month and the service and quality is still great!! Very pleasant chef's!! Natalia is one and the other lady didn't have a name tag but they are super! Food was excellent as usual! Restaurant and restroom was clean as always! Keep up the good work everyone!!

I go by there a couple times a month and get food for my wife and I and I am never disappointed! I always forget to write a review. Today Anabell was my chef and she did an amazing job and was very polite and cheerful. I don’t know the names of the other ladies that have served me but they are all amazing! The restaurant and restrooms are always clean too btw!! Keep up the good work you girls rock!!“

“Great location, only one worker and he was real quite. If you don't ask for it he didn't give it even if it came on the the sandwich you ordered. Not the cleanest bathrooms either. They for sure need a woman's touch at this location“

“Walked in to take out a couple subs.. The sandwiches were Subway, good, nothing out of the ordinary . However, the 2 gentleman working when we came in were exemplary. They greeted us, they were attentive and communication was top notch. They were clearly busy yet they handled it with smiles and with multi tasking that was impressive all while maintaining standards and customer service. Well done to whomever you guys were.. The store owner should be proud of such great representation for their business .“

“The sandwich artists today were amazing!!! We had a large order and they busted it out in no time. Even with the large order they smiled the whole time and even labeled each sandwich so we knew what sandwich was which. It was a real Kick ass experience The food is always prettygood.
