Taco Bell in Spokane

“This is probably my favorite taco bell in Spokane. Honestly, I can't remember a time when they got my food wrong to review on how they would handle that, because I don't think they ever do. But I'm sure if they did they would fix it quickly and courteously because their service is always both of those things. Even when they're super busy, all of the workers seem to always be in a good mood and they move pretty quickly.“

“Downtown Tacobell gave us the wrong Baja blast. We didn’t realize till we were by this location, we stopped by and asked if there was anything they could do. Grace H went out of her way to help us despite it not even being her stores mistake. I would love to see a standout employee like this properly recognized. Thank you Grace H.“

“Just tried the limited time Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas and on a score 1-5 I give maybe a 2½ and that's being nice. It's nothing to rave about. I think I'll just go back to my normal chalupa supreme, they're bigger and taste better.“

“I ordered on the app tonight. The drive thru line was long but moved swiftly, apparently they were having an issue with the computer system. I was pleasantly surprised to find two extra beefy potato loaded grillers in my bag. Bravo, Taco Bell. I’ll be living más and hitting up this location from now on.“

“This is a gripe against staffing numbers and not the employees. I went to the drive thru and one of my items was made incorrectly. No problem, it happens. I walked inside the building to ask for the item to be made correctly, but there was no staff near the counter. All the self-ordering kiosks were available, but no person. I waited quietly for 10 min and the workers were diligently making orders like a well-oiled machine. Didn't even have time to look up. The drive thru was moving well. After 10 min I started loudly asking for someone at the front counter multiple times. No one came or even looked up. The three employees I could see were moving their hands so fast making orders they couldn't do anything else. After 5 more minutes, I went back through the drive thru and the employee gladly Re-made my order with no delay. I should not have to go back through the drive thru lane to fix an order. Staff SOMEONE to help people inside!“

“I was passing thru and stopped at this Taco Bell and Taco Bell doesn't disappoint. I got 3 items from their value menu that cost right at about 10$ plus tax and it was very tasty and filling! You can't go wrong with the value menu. I recommend giving Taco Bell a try!“

“Used the Taco Bell app to order when I arrived in the parking lot, went in to use the restroom, picked up my order, left, all was efficient when I was in a slight rush. I was slightly annoyed that the sauces I ordered were not included. Such a simple task. I was glad napkins were remembered though because that can easily be skipped too. Taco Bell has gone from giving way more sauces than needed to now forgetting to give any. Sigh. Also, I wish I could order a water from the app. An efficient Taco Bell, one of the quickest! It was unusual to see a delivery of items stacked on the front counter where people order. Maybe that happens regularly but I have never seen that before. Food was good and made with care, made perfectly.“

“My Bf & I come here everyday. Mikayla is a great host/employee! She is always so friendly and completely understanding when it comes to our orders. “I came through the drive thru at 8:09 pm on 2/18/26. I think the young lady's name was Seirra but my receipt says Bale C. She had blackish/brown hair with purple. I've been in the restaurant business for 33 years and it's hard to find employees that really stand out and have a great personality. She was a breath of fresh air, great personality, sweet, and patient with my 8 year old who was very indecisive. I was feeling stressed out and she honestly made a difference in my day being a bit more positive. I just wanted to say thank you, you're an amazing women ❤️“
