“Just tried the limited time Chicken Bacon Ranch Street Chalupas and on a score 1-5 I give maybe a 2½ and that's being nice. It's nothing to rave about. I think I'll just go back to my normal chalupa supreme, they're bigger and taste better.“
“Downtown Tacobell gave us the wrong Baja blast. We didn’t realize till we were by this location, we stopped by and asked if there was anything they could do. Grace H went out of her way to help us despite it not even being her stores mistake. I would love to see a standout employee like this properly recognized. Thank you Grace H.“
“6.1.26: My review is solely on the Nacho Fries. I was in the area and needed a road snack for the hour drive home. It was my first time at this location and opted for the drive-thru. I ordered the Nacho Fries with no issues, the order-taker/cashier was nice, and I was outta there in no time and only had one car in front of me.
The Nacho Fries were hot and fresh and fried up perfectly. And really, you can't go wrong with the nacho cheese...it's like PB&J--you aren't just gonna have a PB sandwich nor just a jelly sandwich--they go together, just like nacho fries and nacho cheese. Definitely hit the spot!“
“This is a gripe against staffing numbers and not the employees. I went to the drive thru and one of my items was made incorrectly. No problem, it happens. I walked inside the building to ask for the item to be made correctly, but there was no staff near the counter. All the self-ordering kiosks were available, but no person. I waited quietly for 10 min and the workers were diligently making orders like a well-oiled machine. Didn't even have time to look up. The drive thru was moving well. After 10 min I started loudly asking for someone at the front counter multiple times. No one came or even looked up. The three employees I could see were moving their hands so fast making orders they couldn't do anything else. After 5 more minutes, I went back through the drive thru and the employee gladly Re-made my order with no delay. I should not have to go back through the drive thru lane to fix an order. Staff SOMEONE to help people inside!“
“young girl working around 4 PM today (friday 6/19) was attentive and kind, especially compared to another certain young man who seems to hate his job and enjoys the convenience of completely ignoring customers. the hard working girl deserves a raise for her good attitude and how she quickly handled orders.“
“I was passing thru and stopped at this Taco Bell and Taco Bell doesn't disappoint. I got 3 items from their value menu that cost right at about 10$ plus tax and it was very tasty and filling! You can't go wrong with the value menu. I recommend giving Taco Bell a try!“
“My Bf & I come here everyday. Mikayla is a great host/employee! She is always so friendly and completely understanding when it comes to our orders. We usually get pick-up, it's always ready to go whenever we show up we are in and out in a jiffy! Thanks Mikayla! You're awesome! See you again soon :)“
“This one is a biggie
I ordered almost $50 worth of food, It was through the Taco Bell app (a bit glitchy). Door dash driver (Cristopher) picks up my food and drops it off at another house. I call said driver, he told me which house it was (which i feel like violates some type privacy)and he would pick it back up and drop it off after I gave him the proper address. 20 min go by, I go to said house just see food being DEVOURED by complete strangers. I go to Taco Bell and told them the situation, as protocol goes they told me to contact door dash just for them to tell me to contact Taco Bell when I am literally facing the manager. The manager and them had a convo that unfortunately was going no where so the manager hung up, apologized on behalf of door dash and proceeded to remake my food without question. I WISH I caught her name but that whole team deserves a $5 raise because they were nothing but kind and empathic towards me. So to the Crew that was working on 6/27/26 on a Saturday btwn times of 3-5, you guys are my rock“
“The first time I got Taco Bell from a separate location, I obtained a fist full of tomato’s when I asked for none. This led me to almost kill myself. I gave one more chance, just one more. What can I say other than whoever made this chalupa must’ve just got the best head of their life. Perfectly fried with an impeccable ratio of ingredients and NO TOMATO’S. My anonymous Taco Bell hero exists, and he’s probably saving more lives then I think.“
