My husband and I realized when we were ordering the store was 10mins till closing, then 2 other couples trickled in behind us. The name tag of the worker was Max. Hes was insanely kind and still treated us so kindly. Hes is a star worker for sure. I hope he gets paid well!!
I bought a sandwich and left. It was a totally average sandwich, served by sub-par customer service peeps.

My wife wanted something cold for dinner. The Subway restaurant in Hood River was closed because of the hot weather. I drove across the Hood River toll bridge, paid Washington sales tax, and drove back across the Bridge of the Gods toll bridge to Cascade Locks.The staff and service were awesome. They had our sandwiches ready and waiting when I arrived. Thank-you for being there for your out of state neighbors!
