have signage that isn't broken and falling down. clean the drive through when your lobby is closed. know your menu and pricing. I'm new and don't know the menu is not an answer. if you can't make an ice cream cone get your machine fixed. some basic customer service is a good thing. common math might be a good skill as well. 64% tax is not a thing
