Bún Ốc (Snail/Escargot Noodles)
Bun oc is a rice noodle soup with a tomato-based broth that incorporates escargot, similar to bun rieu. It comes with a large dish of fragrant vietnamese herbs, as well as fermented shrimp paste and chile oil.
Bún Bò Huế (Beef Noodle Soup)
Bun bo hue is a dish from hue, vietnam, as the name says. Hue beef noodle soup is the name of the dish, although it also includes pork. A broth produced from beef and pork bones serves as the foundation for the dish. Bun - noodles, in this case rice vermicelli noodles, which are added to the broth right before serving. Ingredients includes: rice vermicelli, lemongrass, beef, fermented shrimp sauce, pork knuckles, pig blood curds.

Cháo Lòng (Pork Rice Soup)
Rice soup is a Vietnamese dish that combines pork bone broth, rice, and various pork offal such as, intestines, and cubes of congealed blood. You can dip with deep-fried dough (Chinese donut) which you can side order.
Cháo Quảy (Deep-Fried Dough)
Chao quay is a long golden-brown deep-fried strip of dough. Chao quay are traditionally mildly salted and fashioned to be torn in half lengthwise. Chao quay are typically eaten with any kind of soups, soy milk, or sugared ordinary milk for breakfast.
Xíu Mại (Meatballs Soup)
You can eat them as an appetizer, on a sandwich, over pasta or rice, or for any other meal! These xu mi, or Vietnamese meatballs, are made with pork and shrimp.

As real as it gets for Vietnamese food. Don't forget the iced coffee. You won't get the ceremony like in Vietnam, but the product is just as good. And the Banh mi sandwiches are as good as you'll ever find, both the bun and the contents. Outdoor seating available. If you've traveled in Vietnam you will recognize your surroundings. Just my opinion.

Service quick and atmosphere a classic Vietnamese local joint. My Vietnamese wife said deluxe sandwich was good but not great. The pork in BBQ pork sandwich was a tad dry. Would try again but perhaps others first

One of the best banh mis I have had in a long time. The bread was perfectly toasted. Soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. They gave a good amount of meat and veggies in the sandwich. And the Vietnamese coffee… perfect. Very delicious authentic Vietnamese food. I definitely am coming back. They even provided some iced jasmine green tea while we sat, we didn’t even ask for it. The tea was delicious too.
