Phenomenal visit. I booked a reservation and paid online, so when I got there a lane was waiting for me and shoes available. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was lovely, and there was a plentiful variety of ball weights and shoe sizes. Would definitely go again!
Great place for a celebration. We came here for my husband’s birthday and rented 4 lanes. Billy was terrific at communicating and helping figure out the various options for lanes and food. Chalet Bowl is fun, charming, and reasonably priced. (And the food was good.)
The staff is incredibly super friendly! The man who helped us was super on everything. He saw that our ball got stuck and ran out to grab it before I needed to go ask someone to help. The only reason I'm knocking it a couple stars is because the bathrooms are so small and neither the men or women have a changing table! My son had a bad diaper that needed changed. But again, staff super friendly. When I asked if there was anywhere I could change him, she brought me upstairs...
