I got a chicken bowl with no rice/ beans, extra lettuce and it wasn't even filled half way. never in my chipotle purchasing days have I ever received such a pathetic order.
One star is related to the manager.
I placed a catering order on the Chipotle website well in advance of a birthday party for my young twins. The ordering process was simple and the two emails arrived confirming the order and then confirming the delivery 24 hours prior. Fantastic website! I have used this service numerous times for my team/business events from other Chipotle locations.
