this was the 2nd Jack-in-the-Box I attempted to go to tonight. i pull up and they say wait a minute. I wait 15 minutes by until they finally said what can I get for you. so I proceeded to tell my order, then pull forward. I get the window and what do they said "I'm sorry our shake machine is watery". They couldn't tell me that as I waited in line for quite some time. or even offer me some sort of compensation or coupon?
