Might have just been a bad night, but they only had 2 employees working. I ordered 2 hot sandwiches and I had to remind them to start them after they made the cold sandwiches of 2 or 3 customers who ordered after me. I probably wouldn't have written this review but the two employees told me and everyone else who complained while we were there, 'there are only two of us.' I did feel sorry for them though... I'm thinking someone called out sick.
Bitchass boomer karens can't handle the fact that these underpaid workers gotta fullfill mobile/pickup orders too.
Manager is very clean and professional, does a good job training from what I've seen. Customer service is great, cut and dry just how I like it.

Shoutout to the team that was there today! I have a gluten allergy and they were so careful and cleaned everything off for me even tho they were slammed. They sent me off with a tasty sandwich, well worth the wait! These people are working hard and it's good to be patient with everyone. Thank you for taking the time to make everything clean and safe for us gluten intolerant people! 💕
