They need serious help with customer service, u make special request but u will not get it even though the cashier says yes or sure he doesn't understand what u are saying. everytime I order, I order extra sauce and the cashier always says yes, I repeat u got the extra sauce on pizza he says yes raising his voice rudely but BARELY ANY SAUCE ON THE PIZZA, THIS NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW TEAM DO NOT KNOW WHAT WE ARE SAYING AND/OR DONT CARE BUT THEY SURE AS HELL CHARGE U FOR IT

I’m not sure if it’s just me or what, but I’ve been a customer maybe 4 times in the last 6 months; I’ve never experienced a “pleasant” vibe from anyone on the phone or at the register. It’s not like I’m asking for a friend or something weird here. I literally just want pizza and pizza related foods, but there’s never a welcome in or greeting of any sort, they’re super impatient, especially on the phone. Instantly feels like they’re upset about something when...

Didn’t realize until we got home that the pizza was incorrect and the crazy bread had almost no garlic butter or Parmesan cheese. The person at the counter was very nice. It was just disappointing.
