I dropped in today to pick up a Door Dash order. I explained I was picking food up and asked that the bathroom be unlocked. I was required to give them a name before they would oblige. I’m sorry, am I not a human being? I know. Restrooms are for paying customers only. Guess what? I’ve never made a visit to this location that took less than 10 minutes. I HAVE PAID.

Food is expensive and not good. I enjoy cookies and ice cream. Last time they cooked my cookies too long I heard manager tell trainee and when they cooled off they were hard as rocks unable to eat 10 of my cookies they first warm ones I ate weren't great I knew they were cooked too long. I was going to call but was too busy to worry about it or trying to get replacement I no longer had receipt ect
