Ordered on the app. Waited for 15 minutes only to get the wrong burger. Waited another 6 minutes for a replacement and it was wrong too! Bacon quarter pounder with no bacon...TWICE! Asked for my meal to be refunded and only got the burger price refunded. Had to leave before becoming a Karen. Not good customer service at all

This place is great especially because of the play place that is still open. Not a lot of those left. But you will sit at the front counter for 2-10 minutes to get help, whether it is an order, condiments, or to use the bathroom. Don't come here if you have to go, you will poop your pants.

The food is okay, more than once my order has been wrong. They'll fix it, but not cool if you're in a rush. The atmosphere is full of people living in vehicles and someone asking for the spare change in your cup holder. I also can't stand the app....

They took forever to take my order when I went inside they messed up on two of my sandwiches then when I asked to get it replaced he said he was only going to do one and then he still messed up on that one and then I had to argue with him to get two replaced again that he made the same sandwich three times and made it wrong they need better management skills up there and customer service skills

The fries constantly seem to be scorched or to have forgotten that salt is even a thing. If you ask for help while inside, the staff will stare at you and ignore you. Making the food quickly is more important to them than doing it well. This McDonald's is the worst I've ever visited.
