I had the most lovely experience today. Drove to Tacoma to check out the new Macombo Coffee and Chai Bar on the corner of 6th and Union. Greeted by the friendly wait-staff with welcoming smiles. Most impressed by the cleanliness, tasteful decour and warm atmosphere. The coffee cake was fresh just the way I like it. Congratulations to the owners for renovating this space into something special. An awesome addition for 6th Avenue .

Brioche Nutella was delicious. Unfortunately, my wife ate it too fast, that's why the picture looked weird. Really good place for kids.

The Desi Chai Masala and Rose lattes are highly recommended, accompanied by tasty pastries and grilled cheese sandwiches. The service is exceptional, with staff going the extra mile to tailor orders to customers' preferences. The ambiance is warm and inviting, boasting a clean environment and a wide selection of teas. Despite past challenges, Mocambo has successfully rebuilt, providing a satisfying dining experience.
