It is a cute little bistro tucked away. I was in the area for work and wanted lunch - Mom's to the rescue!
I had a spam musubi, which was great. Freshly made and still warm it had a nice saltiness and tanginess to it. I also got the Mediterranean Spread bagel sandwich. The size was a healthy portion and the bagel was perfect. The bagel was soft and chewy and went well with the hummus spread.
All very reasonably priced too!

I have been to Mom’s Bistro many times and every time I say to myself I have to write a review so that others who haven’t tried this gem take some time to place an order. This time I actually took the time to take pics to share because normally I go straight into eating my food. They have a small menu but what they do have is perfect for those looking for some delicious bagel sandwiches. My go to order is a BLT add red onion on an everything bagel.
