Based on the reviews, Mom’s Bistro is a cute little bistro tucked away with incredible customer service. The staff is super friendly, and the cashiers are nice. The cooks are good at what they do. The menu has a wide variety of choices ranging from breakfast sandwiches, bagels, Korean food, coffee, or grab and go spam musubi/tuna onigiri. The spam musubi was great, freshly made and still warm. The Mediterranean Spread bagel sandwich had a healthy portion and the bagel was soft and chewy. A BLT add red onion on an everything bagel is a go-to order. The vegan bagel sandwich with hummus, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber was fresh and satisfying. The snacks are BUSSIN. The ades are bomb. Food comes out quickly and is very fresh. The place is clean and all very reasonably priced. The owners care about presentation. This place is consistent and one of the best in Washington.
