Food was really good and you can tell they actually boil their soup and it's not powder based. However the potion sizes were too small and I normally eat 3 times the amount of the regular size at other pho places.
The food is delicious and there is a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s a small establishment and the husband and wife couple balance the workload, with the wife making the delicious meals and the husband running the front. I have been there plenty of times and have never been disappointed with the traditional and amazing Vietnamese food. I was really confused when reading the other reviews since I have never had a bad experience there nor ever saw any type of bad customer service.
Portions, although tasty, were VERY small. The only service we received was to deliver our waters and food. The atmosphere was very dingy. We were the only table at one o'clock on a friday.
