I've tried a lot of pho. This is probably around the 50th place I've been to. The juice was perfect, not loaded with salt or nasty msg. I got the chicken pho, wish I got two to take one home. Will definitely be returning.
This is probably the best pho broth I've had in a long while (including when I was in Vietnam). It's unassuming and quiet with a Jazz background, and the owners are super nice, although very quiet as well.

It is a mom and pop restaurant. There is no other workers besides them. Give them some grace. I enjoyed the food. It was simple and delicious, nothing grand. If you want to support local businesses, this is one of them. I took my time, I didn't feel rushed. The husband ran the front juggling phone calls, dealing with pay outs, and serving customers. I would come back here to eat.
