It's a carryout restaurant. Order and either pick up or have it delivered. Only thing is there slow sometimes and get backed up with orders. But they are really nice and just ask for some understanding when this happens as they get swamped with orders. If an accident happens with your food they will replace it. I've had a very decent experience with them.
I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge Bill. I had come into the restaurant the day before and although customer serivicr was ok, the process of ordering and getting my food that should have only taken 15-20min according to the cashier, took over 45min. I came in again tonight, to try again as I was still craving my wings, Bill is who I encountered. He was extremely nice and patient with me. He allowed me to vent and express my concerns from my previous experience. He listened...
My delivery driver (Bill) was such a kind person and provided exceptional customer service. Leaving this review to give the well deserved pat on the back, after of course calling and letting management know too.
