I had to wait for about 5 minutes before anyone came up to take my order and the worst of all is supposedly the owner of the local Popeyes sent me a message.
It was clearly A.I. as it was almost word for word like anthor message saying the exact same thing.

If I were to rate Popeye's staff attitudes, for whatever reason, they usually all have the same theme for some reason: they hate their job, their bored as heck and they are disgusted to have to serve you. I have never had an altercation or anything, it is what I observe thru others. I wish it would change because I would be horrified if any one of the Pierce county locations were my franchises. Someone needs to Undercover Boss or secret shopper their locations multiple times.
