The best cocktails in Tacoma. Chris is the OG cocktail master from 1022, Hilltop Kitchen, en rama. Proof is cozy, warm, has excellent food and beyond excellent cocktails. Tonight I had one of the best Manhattans of my life (and I had one earlier this week at Canlis), a throwback Hilltop New Yorker, and a gorgeous G&T. Go! It's The Best in Tacoma.

It was very relaxing sipping my favorite ‘classic’ lavender cocktail that I refuse to let go of while taking in the view of the park ❤️. 10/10

We werent sure what to expect based off the handful of reviews but it was a really great spot! Came for food and drinks around 830. Had cocktails , the garlic potatoes, prosciutto toast and elote waffles. Everything was tasty. The staff was great and friendly. Nice ambiance too. Thanks!
