I never come in to the stores I usually go through the drive thru but today I went in for a cup and Alex help me at the register and she was very delightful to work with. She made me want to come in for a cup of coffee more than going through the drive thru!!

Really dissapointed, went to another starbucks who made my drink bad so i came here. Ordered white chocolate in my drink and it is all just at the bottom, i either get a swig of syrup or the strongest espresso. Told the lady at the window that this is my second Starbucks purse of the day and she said “well you should’ve brought it back” Not realizing that when you bring a drink back to Starbucks because they made it wrong they look at you as if you robbed the entire company....
