While ordering at the drive thru, drink 1 nitro cold brew with sweet cream. I'm asked what size. Fully aware this drink is only grande in size, I say Venti. Then I get an apology that it comes only in the one size. Drink 2 grande iced white mocha no whip. repeat twice, because I say no whip cashier assumes nofat at read back. Starbucks Coffee Company is a location close to work, though the lot is a pain to get into for walk-up or drive-thru. There is no interior counter or station. The wait can sometimes be a bit long, but the staff has acknowledged it and apologized. The pumpkin cream chai is absolutely delicious, as is the pumpkin cream cheese muffin.
The staff at this location provides excellent customer service. One barista gave a great pep talk that turned an entire day around. In another instance, a barista showed great kindness by not making a customer pay again for a drink ordered at the wrong location, offering grace in a frustrating situation. An act of kindness from the staff, including the woman working the register, has brought customers to tears during difficult times. These experiences have solidified loyalty to Starbucks and especially this location. Customers definitely plan to go again in the future.
