I will 10/10 never dine at Cheesecake Factory. First, we had a party of 8 which was OKed with a supervisor prior to our arrival. Still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Another 45 minutes to get our food and when I got my Chicken Avocado Club, the bread was soggy. Not wanting to wait another 45 minutes for my food, I asked for just a fresh piece of bread. No prices for drinks are listed on the menu. Figured about $20 a piece after we got a $300 bill! Then my gift cards wouldn’t work after we checked online to make sure they were valid. From start to finish we spent 3 hours in what seemed to be a crappy ventilated restaurant. What a headache

Nobody even finished there orders. Considering the price you would think they know how to cook. Food was disgusting. Will never order here again. And anyone who does obviously has no taste buds.

Go to any other Cheesecake location. Ordered medium rare steak. Came out complelety raw. Even the server was in disbelief. They took it back to cook more. then came out completely over done ( even for a well done steak) as if the cook was being spiteful. By the time it came back out, partner was done eating. Server asked how it was. I told her, very overdone, she just said "Oh sorry" and I clearly didn't eat it all. I made a point to put it off to the side of the table to show it wasn't being ate, and she didn't ask the manager to comp it, or apply a discount. Then proceeded to give us a dirty look when we exited, after seeing we clearly did not tip 20 %. Never had an issue ordering steak elsewhere. Felt too uncomfortable to ask for it to be comped, but server did nothing to make it better. TERRIBLE SERVICE

The hostess was standing there with a stank face making feel like I don't want to spend my hard earned money in this place, but it was my baby son's 12th Birthday so I sucked it up for my son to enjoy. The actual waitress was GREAT!!

I hadn't been to The Cheesecake Factory in a long while. I was a bit shocked at how expensive it had gotten. $13 for a slice of Cheesecake now ? yikes. Prior to the pandemic they were $7. Unreal.Service was great and the food was good. However we probably won't frequent often at such increased prices.
