Food I got was just lacking flavor. Cheesecake is always amazing, but the Carbonara I got tasted watered down, the Alfredo I got a few weeks ago had a crispy chicken that crumbled like a cracker. Food at the table was real hit or miss, but the cheesecake and drinks were amazing.
I’ve been on this Earth for 27 years, and one thing I know for sure is that I’ve NEVER seen a Cheesecake Factory that wasn’t packed. I genuinely think that’s just how this place exists. Morning, afternoon, weekday, weekend… it does not matter. It’s always full of people. At this point, I think it’ll still be busy when I’m 97.

The downside is the wait time and service speed. Every time we’ve visited, we’ve had to wait about 20–30 minutes for a table, and the service has generally been on the slower side. Despite that, the food and desserts have consistently been worth it.
