Staff was rude, food was mediocre, not the quality of cheesecake factory that I'm use to. Probably won't be back. Hopefully they'll try to impro a bit, because this wa an expensive disappointment.
We arrived at 4:15pm on Tuesday and had to wait 30 minutes for a table even though the dining room had empty tables. Our waitress was kind and friendly. My husband and I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was soggy and it looked like the bottom pieces of the bag. It was like fish fingers. Not worth the 30 dollars they charge. We did send it back and got somewhat edible fish. The cheesecake was good.
My family and I came in to dine on Friday evening. The service was a bit slow and when the food came out my order was incorrect. By the time my food came out everyone had finished theirs and it was time to go. I had to pack mine up to take with me and it was not seasoned at all. They “forgot” to take the more expensive meal that I didn’t order off of the ticket until prompted to do so. It was not a good experience and we should have gone to Texas...
