Food I got was just lacking flavor. Cheesecake is always amazing, but the Carbonara I got tasted watered down, the Alfredo I got a few weeks ago had a crispy chicken that crumbled like a cracker. Food at the table was real hit or miss, but the cheesecake and drinks were amazing.

I’ve been on this Earth for 27 years, and one thing I know for sure is that I’ve NEVER seen a Cheesecake Factory that wasn’t packed. I genuinely think that’s just how this place exists. Morning, afternoon, weekday, weekend… it does not matter. It’s always full of people. At this point, I think it’ll still be busy when I’m 97.

First time at The Cheesecake Factory, and I was super disappointed with the food. I ordered a well-done burger and had to send it back because it was too raw for me. Then it looked like they just put it on the grill to brown the edges. I paid $22 for a crappy hamburger when I could've gotten a well-cooked burger from a fast-food place that would've been right the first time. So disappointed!
Save your money and go somewhere else.
