Delish!!!
This place is amazing!!! Their hot honey sauce is so good let alone the chicken itself🤌🤌🤌. It seems that sides can vary from day to day based on what they have or may have sold out of. They had loaded fries and plain white rice the day I went.
Super awesome for my celiac husband.
Its parked in the beer star lot and they work in conjunction with them so you can sit at the tables which I was worried if you'd be able to sit anywhere or had to take it to go. You don't...read full review

We found this place on the Find Me Gluten Free app after my fiancée’s appointment in Tacoma, and it was an incredible find. There’s something really special about discovering a dedicated gluten-free restaurant where my fiancée can eat without worrying about cross-contamination.

The Chicken Supply (Big Biird Trailer) is an amazing spot for the best fried chicken, completely gluten free. The chicken is juicy, crispy, perfectly spicy, and legendary, with a hot honey sauce that is so good. The spicy seasoning is a standout, and the chicken thighs and fries are always ordered, all loaded up. Sides can vary from day to day, including loaded fries, plain white rice, and fried rice, which is good too. The staff is incredibly kind, sweet, welcoming, and friendly, with a reasonable wait time. It is parked in the beer star lot, working in conjunction with them, so guests can sit at the tables and watch the game in a dog friendly environment. It is super awesome for a celiac husband, with no worry about cross-contamination. The trailer in Tacoma offers a slightly different selection than the Seattle location, but it is equally as tasty and even good as leftovers. Highly recommended for anyone who loves great fried chicken, and they need to make a brick and mortar in Tacoma.
