I ordered online and they wash their hands saying that they did not receive the order and they still charged me, it is not fair ????? and still with their attitude

A hole in the wall, but a gem of a spot in South Tacoma Way. If you’re in the mood for a delicious Torta I very highly recommend this place, but if you’re also in the mood for a fantastic quesadilla this will also be your spot. Homemade tortillas and queso de verdad makes this little restaurant a true authentic experience, the prices and atmosphere don’t hurt either ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ we are talking about S. T-way here.
This place used to be good, not sure if they changed ownership but my last few orders have been terrible. They take forever to have the food ready, the seasoning is horrible now. The meats are chewy, my last order was so wrong seems like I got the wrong order. Definitely not coming back. Sucks because it used to be so good.

Pretty awful all around.First, right when you walk in the door you see an out of order soda machines and couple empty racks randomly around. At the order counter, I asked what was on the Mexican fries. I was met with a blank stare and then she pointed at the menu at the Mexican fries.Ordering was worse. Each menu item has numbers so now that I knew she didn't speak English, I ordered by number. Again, I was met with a blank stare and more menu pointing. She pulled the cook from the back and we got our order figured out.We ordered the #5 toluquena torta and the #17 pork skin quesadilla. The meat on the #5 was very tough to bite through and the whole thing was very flavorless. My son ate about two bites of quesadilla and we threw the rest away. It was not good at all.I would have complained but being met with a blank stare wasn't something I wanted to put myself through again.Just gross, low-quality food.

Salsa roja was insanely good. Sandwhich is moderately priced. The 'Crazy' meats were chewy, I'd try something else next time in the area; parking is limited.

This place has really fallen. It use to be good but now just sad. Tortas are now very poor. They aren't even half of what they use to be, basicly just bread. The restaurant is freezing with no heat. Bathrooms are often unavailable for customer use. Poor service, Staff doesn't check on you but expects to be tipped at time of ordering.Kid-friendliness: Not a good environment for kids, there restaurant lacked heat.

Middle of the road (food, service, atmosphere) and an above average price.

Stopped in years ago because it sounded interesting. Been coming back ever since. The fried head cheese is awesome as well as the chorizo. Good quality bread that holds up to the sandwich. Great combinations of flavors and textures.

Anytime I get to order and speak in Spanish I am thrilled!! The #2 La Crazy Torta is like a kitchen sink torta. Everything is in that thing and it's huge! The sopes are amazing and could use lettuce on top so they brought me some! Carne asada gordita was on pointe. I don't like cilantro so it was easy to tell them to omit. They didn't have ice so we were talked into not having horchata or Jamaica. The green chile is awesome and it wasn't sweltering hot inside. I'm going to go back for a weenie torta and another mini sope with just beans cheese onion and lettuce. Can't go wrong there. Great food and amazing prices. Easy to park in front and just a great time!
