I don't know what all they do here, but I do know their sandwiches are dang delicious! Today I ordered the Scrooloose (chicken, sautéed peppers, cheddar, cherry pepper aioli, served with au jus)... it was so tasty!! From the outside you're not sure what all they are but I saw a menu in the window and decided to give it a shot.
