We had an absolute incredible experience for authentic Vietnamese food. When you think of “mom and pop” restaurant, this is the real deal. The food was delicious, fresh, and hearty. Very good pho. The meat was a bit tough and I expected raw round steak and this was cooked thoroughly. Basil was slightly brown, and not fresh. Very cool building and neighborhood feel.
I believe it was the owner serving us. He was very kind and the food was so delicious! We had the fresh salad roll, teriyaki chicken and combination pho. The broth was perfect(to me) and the chili oil was incredibly flavorful. The peanut sauce for the salad rolls was also seasoned perfectly.... I could have just eaten that by itself 😆.
