“The pizzas we picked up were 5-star (prepared well and tasty), but the online ordering process was 1-star (wouldn't work at all (multiple tries) before the store opened (even setting the pickup time for well after they opened), took 3 more tries after they opened, and, even though I was logged in the whole time, the cart emptied after every glitch and I had to start the order over every time.“

“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

I get being busy but she forgot our salads, remined her and she basically shrugged her shoulders as if i was putting her out. “I had a 12in chicken with white sauce pizza and it tasted so good.The crust was cooked to perfection not too thick nor thin just right! Very flavorful with yummie pesto, dried tomatoes and I believe spinach. It was DELICIOUS! The young lady that recommended the pizza provided me with excellent service. I will be returning again and again!

“This was my first time visiting this particular Papa Murphy’s location, which is in a neighborhood that can be a bit rough after dark.

The staff were friendly, quick with their smiles, and provided great customer service.

The only downside was related to the food prep. I bought five pizzas on a Tuesday to freeze and use over the weekend. Unfortunately, Papa Murphy’s doesn’t include clear instructions for baking directly from the freezer. To their credit, they do advise letting refrigerated pizzas come to room temperature so the dough can rise before baking.

It would be helpful if they also offered guidelines for frozen pizzas.“

“Its close to home, phone was ringing as i walked in to an empty store. The rep asked to put them on hold so he could wait on me first. I asked if my on line order was ready and he got my name and went back to the fridge and brought it out. I appreciated his immediate service as I was not made to wait for those phone calls. He was polite and friendly, too.“

We were here to just have a good time and enjoy each other's company and the waitress took such good care of us and allowed us to take our time in visiting. She was very attentive to our needs. “I had a great night at Hank’s enjoying the tasty French dip and fresh dinner salad. The roast was heated on the grill with very little fat on the slices. The bread was toasted; crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.“

“Caveat up front: I have never had the pizza here. Weird, I know, but sometime told me about the salads and that's what I've gone back for every time. But that said, I think I can count on one hand the number of times I've given a place 5 stars, so that should tell you something.

In more detail, I cannot say enough good things about the salads here. There's a great variety of toppings, including those you'd normal expect to put on your pizza instead, and it's pretty much all on the menu. I don't know what would happen if you asked them to put pizza sauce on your salad, but I bet they would. And you can go crazy for a single price. I've usually got 3+ meats, 2-3 cheeses and half of the veggie options, and let me tell you, that's a salad that'll fill you up. It's all fresh ingredients and they're not too stingy with the portions; one poor guy had a hard time getting the lid to stay on!

It's never empty but rarely busy, so you can get in, get your food and be on your way pretty quick, and they are quick, professional and friendly.

If you never considered a pizza place might be your favorite stop for healthy options, I highly advise you rethink it, and stop in to MOD Pizza... And I hear the pizza's pretty good too!“

“Serves mainly pizza only other thing on the menu are paninis and salads. Growing up Italian I would have liked to see more panini options. Pies were small a bit greasy but overall pretty damn good. The lady with the short hair served me I didn’t get her name but she was professional, friendly, fast, attentive and a great overall bartender and server. Drinks wee reasonably priced and specialty mixed drinks displayed on the wall with prices. Gentleman in the kitchen was also fast with orders cooked to perfection. Overall I would recommend coming here for a good buzz and a quick bite.“

“The slices are big and foldable. I'd daresay even New York quality. The pepperoni's are huge ?and the topping distribution is on point ☝️. The crust is thin and tastes good on its own. My wife and I had our first date here, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. I really miss the indoor dining option. It's just not the same since Amazon bought Whole Foods. Still great quality pizza at a decent price. You can still chow down on the patio if you want to eat there.“

I got all my orders correctly, except 1 pizza that they made a mistake on. I asked for green peppers, they gave me banana peppers instead. I would've liked to be notified if any changes to my order. But other than that they did a Great job in everything else.“
