I used the app to get exclusive offers. I like their new nuggets and sauces. The location was convenient and nearby to mall. Service was fast and friendly.
Apparently if you order through the app, they want you to go through the line and let them know that you've arrived so they can fire your order. Defeats the purpose of the app
The customer service is nice and pleasant

Burger King remains a popular spot known for its friendly staff and clean lobby. Customers continue to appreciate the Impossible Whopper and delicious fries, with some noting that this location has the best FRESH fries that are nice and crispy. The restaurant's drive-thru is reliable, and there is plenty of parking available. Despite occasional issues with the lobby being closed, the Whopper is consistently excellent, making it a satisfying choice for vegetarians. While a few customers have reported concerns with cleanliness and order preparation, the majority of visitors have enjoyed a positive experience with freshly prepared and delicious food, as well as prompt and courteous service. Reviewers highlight the trio deal as a great value, especially when paired with a shake. Burger King has been a favorite spot for many since the 1960s, offering a satisfying dining option that many enjoy several times a week.
