This is just an amazing bakery all the way around, the food is absolutely incredible, we had the cocnumt macaroons and the peach cheesckae. she also helped us with the carb counts for T1D daughter. This bakery really saved the day and went above and beyond. we will be going here forevermore
Lydia is such a sweet person and an amazing chef. She made this beautiful chocolate GF cake for our 50th wedding anniversary party, which is 2.5 hrs drive from her kitchen. The cake was frozen so it can be served as ready and delicious as we are ready to enjoy it the next day. Lydia makes the best gluten free baked good. I have celiac and went gluten free 7 years ago and this is hands down my favorite bakery. Highly recommend her sweets to anyone even if you aren’t gluten free!
